　　中国经济网5月27日讯 由中国经济日报社与欧亚经济学者俱乐部、重建布雷顿森林体系委员会共同主办，中国经济网承办的丝绸之路经济带财经智库国际研讨会5月23日在哈萨克斯坦首都阿斯塔纳独立宫举办。经济日报社副秘书长郑光兴主持开幕仪式: 

　　女士们，先生们，下午好！

　　在这美丽的五月，我们来到这美丽的阿斯塔那，与各位美丽智慧的朋友共享阿斯塔那经济论坛的盛宴。

　　今天下午的论坛主题是：携手合作，共创丝绸之路经济带的繁荣和发展。

　　众所周知，欧亚大陆是人类重要的聚居区域，也是人类文明的重要发祥地。2000多年前，中国汉朝有一位名叫张骞的大臣，带着友好与交流的冲动，踏上了古丝绸之路的探寻。今天，我们怀着同样的冲动来到美丽的阿斯塔那，与各位共同探讨二十一世纪丝绸之路的光荣与梦想。

　　2013年9月7日，中国国家主席习近平在哈萨克斯坦纳扎尔巴耶夫大学演讲时，首次提出了“丝绸之路经济带”的构想。以加强“政策沟通，道路连通，贸易畅通，货币流通，民心相通”五通理念，逐步形成东起中国，穿越中亚、西亚，西至欧洲、北非的丝绸之路经济带的区域大合作。

　　交流是人类的天性，合作是人类的本能。今天，我们就是本着：携手、共赢、创新、繁荣的新理念，探寻发展繁荣的新思路、新途径。

　　本次论坛得到中国有关方面的大力关注与支持，两天前在上海，我们尊敬的纳扎尔巴耶夫总统，刚刚接受了“丝绸之路和平使者”的首枚金质奖章，今天，中国对外友好协会会长李肇星先生又给论坛发来了热情洋溢的贺信，下面，我们有请中国经济网总裁王旭东先生为我们宣读李肇星先生的贺信。

　　Opening remarks by Mr. Zheng Guangxing, Vice Secretary General of Economic Daily Newspaper Group, China:

　　Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!

　　In this beautiful month of May, we have come to this beautiful city of Astana, to share with you, our smart and beautiful friends this wonderful experience of the Astana Economic Forum.

　　The topic of our summit this afternoon is: Joining hands, creating prosperity and development of the Silk Road Economic Belt.

　　As you know, the Eurasian continent is one of the most important living space of mankind, and one of the original place of human civilization. More than 2000 years ago, there was a Chinese court official of the Han dynasty named Zhang Qian, whose desire for friendship and exchange led him to seek out a path towards the West that then became the ancient silk road. Today, with the same kind of desire, we have come to the beautiful city of Astana, to discuss with all of you the dreams and glory of the silk road in the 21st century.

　　On 7 September 2013, during his visit in Kazakhstan, President Xi Jinping of China gave a speech at the Nazarbayev University here in Astana and proposed the establishment of a Silk Road Economic Belt for the first time. The goal is to strengthen cooperation in five areas: government policy, transportation, trade, currency and people-to-people exchanges. And so, to establish a great zone of cooperation starting from China in the east, throughout Central Asia, West Asia, and reaching Europe and North Africa in the west.

　　Communication is basic human nature, and cooperation is basic human instinct. Today, under the new concept of “Cooperation, Win-Win, Innovation, Prosperity”, we are seeking new ideas and new paths for development and prosperity.

　　This summit has received intense attention and support from relevant departments in China. The day before yesterday in Shanghai, President Nazarbayev just received the first ever Silk Road Peace Prize, given to him by Li Zhaoxing, President of the China Public Diplomacy Association. Today, Mr. Li also sent a warm letter of congratulation to our summit. Now, let's welcome President Wang Xudong of China Economic Net to read that letter.
